the arrest of Buju Banton who was said to be
involved in a mega deal concerning cokane,
we're in the weekend after the trial. The
jury has to agree unanimous, and that seems
to be a problem: they talked for two days
and will continue after this weekend.

charges has shocked the Dancehall and Reggae
community world wide, and even beyond that.

website, the police claim just how
everything was done.

bizarre claim of "conspiracy to posses
more than five kilo of cocaine" caused
waves of responses all over Babylon. From

everybody agrees that this has to do with
his musical works rather than the alleged
claims.

Zephaniah is a Jamaican born British poet,
writer and musician. He is best known for
his works for children and also his
vociferous left of centre approach to
political and social issues. Earlier this
year the Queen and British Prime Minister
Tony Blair, added him to the Honours list to
be awarded an OBE for services to the Arts.
Zephaniah’s response “Me? I thought, OBE
me? Up yours, I thought….No way, Mr.
Blair. No way, Mrs. Queen.”.
